TSA Group’s social media initially lacked visual cohesion and failed to tell a compelling story that resonated emotionally, leading to low engagement and a small follower base. My role was to create content that not only boosted audience engagement across platforms but also highlighted key themes whilst maintaining consistent branding. This included themes such as work culture, positive reinforcement, and the influence of good behavior and attitudes.
