TSA Group’s social media initially lacked visual cohesion and failed to tell a compelling story that resonated emotionally, leading to low engagement and a small follower base. My role was to create content that not only boosted audience engagement across platforms but also highlighted key themes like work culture, positive reinforcement, and the influence of good behavior and attitudes, all while maintaining consistent branding.

The messaging used highlights that fostering an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment leads to better outcomes, both in the workplace and in how individuals feel and perform. I used thoughtful visuals, maintaining a consistent color palette and style, including cartoon illustrations of diverse people engaging in acts of kindness, happiness, and encouragement. Combined with clear messaging, these elements communicated TSA Group’s commitment to building a positive, respectful community. This approach strengthened their brand presence and engagement, created a distinctive look, and received positive feedback for their initiatives.
